John Medina’s book, Brain Rules is a great read. It is fascinating and provocatively challenging to our life praxis (especially those of us who have the responsibility to communicate and lead). This is a slide show from ONE of the chapters of the book. It is especially relevant to me because I’ve struggled with sleep issues for years…here Medina shares (bluntly) “no sleep = no thinking well”. Good stuff!
